Miss J's Chocolatier...

So as you may have guessed if you are a regular reader of this blog, I really enjoy making chocolates. Essentially anything that involves melting dark chocolate in a bain-marie works for me!  My current obsession is dipping raspberries in molten chocolate.  The below will be winging there way to my Dad as part of his fathers day 'foodie' bag I have put together. Raspberries are his fave soft summer berry.  Let's hope he enjoys!
